Shipping & Payment Conditions

We ship within Germany, Austria and Switzerland with DHL.

For shipping within mainland Germany and to German islands we charge a flat rate of €6.90 per order (for orders with a gross value of €40 or more, shipping within Germany is free).

For shipping to Austria, we charge 15.90 € and to Switzerland 35.00 €.

Shipments to Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic are sent via UPS or DHL. For shipping to these countries we charge a flat rate of €18.90 per package.

Shipments to Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Finland cost €25.00.

For deliveries to other European countries, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price displayed. In individual cases, due to technical problems, delivery may be made via a different shipping service provider than the one mentioned.

The prices listed in the shop include VAT.

​The delivery of goods takes place within 3-5 working days by shipping to the delivery address specified by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery takes place when the delivery address is complete and a successful receipt of payment has been registered. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the seller's order processing is decisive.

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the costs of delivery if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation. If the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, the provisions in the seller's cancellation policy apply to the return costs.

Until June 30, 2023, we are giving our customers a free bottle deposit of 15 cents per bottle.

The bottle can be returned to us at your own expense so that it can be included in the reusable cycle. Alternatively, we ask that you dispose of the bottles in an environmentally friendly manner in appropriate glass recycling containers.
