ordering process
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all the information to the email address you provided: the items you ordered, the billing and delivery address, the shipping method you selected, the payment method and your contact details. Please check that all the information is correct and, if necessary, contact us either by email, using the contact form or simply by phone.
As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation and a separate email with the tracking number for your order. You can use this to view the current status of the shipment.
If, contrary to expectations, the item you ordered is not in stock, you will immediately receive an email from us with an updated delivery date.
To cancel or change an order, please contact us and state the order number. If the goods have already been shipped, the order can no longer be changed. You can find out more about this in our cancellation policy on the Cancellation page.
